other third party only if a parent or carer has explicitly requested or
consented to this.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to
comply with legal obligations and provide our services. Specific retention
periods are as follows:

that can be deleted upon request after tutoring ends:
- SMS
or one-on-one messages and WhatsApp correspondence.
- Contact
numbers stored on mobile phones or personal devices.

required to be kept for extended periods:
- Safeguarding-related
records: Retained until the child reaches 21 years and 3 months of
age, as required by law.
- Contracts,
consent forms, and invoices: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal
compliance.
- All
other information: Routinely deleted or securely destroyed once the
child is no longer a tutee, unless a specific retention requirement
applies.
